Strategic Planning Services
A well-defined organizational strategy provides direction for where the organization is headed and allows for alignment of employees and funds to the same goals and priorities.
-
Strategic Plan Development
Set Strategic Direction: Establish a "north star" for your organization with a 3-5 year plan, aligning your board, leadership, staff, and potential funders.
-
Strategy Execution Support
Implement Your Strategic Plan: Translate your strategic plan into action by prioritizing initiatives, determining resource requirements, cascading goals throughout the organization, and establishing action plans.
My Approach:
-
I partner with clients to develop a 3- to 5-year strategic plan for the organization. Strategy elements include vision, mission, values, goals, measurable objectives, and prioritized strategic initiatives aligned to goal achievement.
-
The process begins with a virtual kickoff meeting held with the strategic planning committee to orient them to the planning process.
-
A situational analysis is completed prior to the first workshop to set the foundation for our planning work together.
-
The strategic planning committee is then guided through a series of in-person and/or virtual workshops to develop the organization’s multi-year plan.
-
There’s nothing worse than letting a new board-approved strategic plan sit on the shelf and collect dust! For clients who would like a trusted advisor to help them put their plan into action, I offer strategy execution support during your first quarter of plan implementation or for a full year.

“Stacye led a group of staff and board leaders through the organization’s strategic planning process. From the outset, Stacye set clear expectations and ensured the process stayed on-track. She was engaging, encouraging, and knew when to provide additional support to help each committee member be successful. Because of Stacye’s work with our team on our Strategic Plan, our organization is poised for thoughtful growth. Our board is so excited and everyone understands and supports the goals of the plan and the ways they will be achieved.”
